Pop Pop's Mini Mart grew from the heating oil and fuel service company started by Fernando Santarelli in August of 1975 and is named in his honor. Today Santarelli family members still operate the multifaceted businesses which have grown to serve the seven Northeast Pennsylvania counties of Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Pike, Luzerne and Monroe.
